One of the nation’s oldest and largest housing cooperatives, GHI traces its origins to 1937 as one of three New Deal “Green Towns” modeled after the English Garden style. The community offers a variety of home types nestled among acres of trees and woodlands, with walkable access to local amenities, Metro transit, and the greater Washington, DC area.
